Question: Is Alan Greenspan responsible for the Global Financial Crisis?

As the Chairman of the Federal Reserve before the Financial Crisis happened in 2008, some argued his central banking policies helped to cause the crisis. While he was Chairman, the Fed lowered interest rates several times that helped increase the volume of money in the US economy. This caused too much money to be in the economy, leading to the Housing Bubble, more people taking up mortgages and more banks giving mortgages and loans to people.




Answer: The Fed funds rate did this? What about the bodies responsible for overseeing the investment trading habits of these companies? Leave the Jew alone man! lol
