Housing Bubble Burst 2008

Question: Why is it that the world only know of the economic crisis in 2008?

So i researched and i know the mortgages and the burst house bubble thingy(economic point of view), but all these started in several years ago not last year. And I did not know about it before, but suddenly, the whole world is talking about it. So what exactly happened in 2008?

Answer: Its kin to a volcano. You know a volcano is getting ready to erupt by the tell tale signs of seismic activity increasing, rise in temps, etc. Then one day the pressure gets to much for the foundation to handle it all hel l breaks loose and its chaos. All we can do is rebuild and hopefully build better and stronger for the next eruption. Cause they do happen. Our economic volcano started in 1995-1996 and got worse after 9/11 and last year it erupted.
