Loan Modification Attorney

Question: should i trust this company for a loan modification?

They have a attorney but I choose not to use him. If i don't except they terms of the loan mod. They tell me that they will short sale my house and have one of there investors buy it only for me to lease with the option to buy in 2 years. Should I believe them?

Answer: Sounds really shady.

Talk to the BBB or state Atty general before you do. and maybe invest in your OWN lawyer
