Question: How can we get our money back?

We were scammed out of $3000 from Federal Loan Modification out of Irvine California. They are now out of business and we cannot contact anyone...not that we could before because once they had all our money, we couldn't ever talk to anyone and when we did, they said it was being taken care of. Now, not only are we severely behind on our mortgage, but we are out $3000.

Answer: Wow this really sucks, the only thing that I can suggest is a lawyer. It might cost you but im sure you can sue them for more. Good Luck!
