Question: Has anyone ever dealt with "instantloanmodification.com?

This company claims to get you a loan modification in 24 hrs to a week. Anyone dealt with them before? are they a scam?

Answer: most likely a scam... speak to someone who is specialized in this field like my dad did.... it will take some convincing but it's worth it to go to a bank and talk face to face.
