Question: Why, in the midst of the subprime mortgage collapse, do people think Obama is better for the economy when: ?

whereas McCain foresaw the problems with Freddie Mac & Fannie May 3 years ago and tried to prevent the meltdown

Answer: Well, McCain's answer was to fire the head of the SEC. Obama at least has some sort of plan that doesn't involve a knee jerk reaction. Haven't we had enough knee jerk reactions to things with Bush?
