Question: Loan modification - scams?

Looking into a loan modification on my mortgage but wary of scams reported on the news recently. Has anyone heard of United Liberty Home Advisors or Grander Financial?

Answer: Look them up with the BBB. That will give you an idea. You might also want to do a search for law suits against them. But most scams are new, you will not find anything, they change names often to make it appear that they are clean. Do not use them unless you actually find data that shows they are the real deal.
