Question: Has anyone had any experience with hopenow mortgage?

Hope is an Alliance between loan servicing companies and non-profit education service. They claim to be a go between for you and your bank. They are telling me for 1900.00 they can get through to our bank with a modification loan to save our house. Sounds too good to be true. I want to believe but 1900 is all we have and if we get foreclosed on that is our apartment money has anyone heard or better yet dealt with these people?

Answer: I have not heard of this particular company. There are many companies that are now in the business of loan modification, short sales, and other ways to alter your mortgage so you might keep your property and not allow it to go into foreclosure.

You might as of them if they have any references, try and get at least 3 located locally so you might talk to them in person if you so desire.

See if they are with the Better Business Bureau, or have joined any Other local groups.
