Question: Has anyone heard of Pacific1Lending in Huntington Beach Ca for Loan Modifications?

They have a great rating with the BBB but just worried cause i have heard of soo many scams. They are asking for money and from what I heard I must pay first before a lawyer/negotiator goes to work on my lender. Any websites I can view for scamming companies? Thank You

Loan Modification Complaints

Question: My mortgage company is messing with me. I have continually asked for a loan modification?

I filled out all the proper information for they required but for some reason they continually are prolonging the process. it's been over 4 months now and they have thrown every excuse possible at me. I am not sure Y. I understand that they have allot of loan modifications to do but 4 months is excessive. I would like to higher a law year but im not sure what kind. I also want to file complaints but to who?

Answer: Sorry, but a lawyer will not help your force the lender into a loan modification. Getting the modification is not a legal right you have...it's a courtesy the lender is extending to you.

In other words...the lender is under no legal obligation to grant you a loan modification.
