Question: Loan Modification, does anyone know of a good company that can finance the fee for a loan modification?

I have been talking toa lot of companies even law firms that specialize in loan modifications but they are all charging between $2500 and $4000, and they require half up front or the whole fee upfront! A good (reliable) refferal would be appreciated??

Answer: You are being scammed. No one is going to lend you money to give to a con man.
