When a homeowner is in foreclosure or know that foreclosure is coming, there are things that he or she can do. Loan modification is one way to deal with foreclosure. Short sale is another. This book called What to Expect when you are expecting foreclosure will tell you important things that you need to know so that you will be equipped to dealing with your mortgage lender when they want to foreclose on you. No matter what route you choose to go, you must do something. Doing nothing does not help you.
